All 50 States — A Passport to Your Mind
Feed Your Head · Program

All 50 States: a passport to your mind.

A guided journey through the full landscape of human consciousness — from ordinary waking awareness to the edges of mystical experience.

Most of us move through dozens of inner states every day without noticing. We wake, we focus, we drift, we feel — and the whole interior world passes by like scenery through a window.

What if you could actually learn to read that landscape? To recognize where you are, understand what it means, and navigate it with greater skill?

That's what this program is for.

The map

Six regions. Fifty states.

Each week, you'll explore one state of consciousness — what it is, what it feels like from the inside, what science and wisdom traditions say about it, and how to relate to it more skillfully.

The Lowlands
Everyday states — waking, focus, flow, sleep
The Heartlands
Emotional states — love, awe, fear, grief, anger
The Mountains
Meditative states — samadhi, metta, mystical union
The Islands
Altered states — breathwork, sensory deprivation
The Skies
Transpersonal — NDE, kundalini, prophetic states
The Depths
Edge states — mania, dissociation, catatonia
Every state has a range. Every state can be understood. Understanding changes the relationship.

Common questions

Good things to know.

Do I need to start at the beginning?

Each segment stands on its own. That said, the journey is designed to build — earlier states inform later ones. Starting with Segment 1 is recommended but not required.

What happens on the live call?

Each cohort meets once at the end of its 5-week segment — 60 minutes on Zoom — to discuss what came up, share observations, and ask questions. It's a conversation, not a lecture.

What if I miss a week?

Each lesson stays in your inbox. There's no falling behind — the material waits for you.

Is this therapy or a spiritual program?

Neither, exactly. It draws on psychology, neuroscience, and wisdom traditions — Jewish, Buddhist, Stoic, and others — but doesn't require any particular belief or background. It's a map, not a prescription.
